某机载雷达的热设计及仿真优化

摘    要:文中根据某小型机载雷达的工作环境,采用在机箱侧壁增加散热器的方法,利用飞机飞行时机箱侧壁散热器与空气相对运动产生的强迫对流解决机箱冷却的问题;然后使用FLOTHERM软件对机箱进行了热仿真分析,并对散热器尺寸进行了优化.

Abstract:In this paper,according to the working environment of a small airborne radar,the method of adding radiators on radar box is proposed.It is shown that,the relative movement between radiator and air gives rise to forced convection in flight which can solve the cooling problem of radar box.Then,the simulation is conducted with the software of FLOTHERM,not only to the thermal analysis of the radar box,but also to the optimization design of the radiator.
