| Abstract: | The principle of LCR meter and the features of impedance measurement are introduced.The impacts of the source signal output impedance and parasitic distributed parameters on the results of impedance measurement are analyzed.Some issues that should be considered in the measurement of capacitance and inductance are presented. |
