| 摘 要： | 本文研究光纤光栅的不同折射率分布及其光谱特性和应用 ;利用模式耦合方程求解几种典型的折射率调制光纤光栅的光谱特性 ;研究了光纤光栅不同折射率调制的实现方法 ,并设计研制了实现变迹曝光法的扫描装置。
