摘    要:团队协作精神的培养是大学生素质教育的一个重要组成部分,是学生走上工作岗位解决实际生产问题必备的一项基本素质.本文结合印刷专业的学科特色,分析了印刷工程专业学生在团队协作、合作学习能力方面存在的缺陷,提出了基于课程教学、考核和学生毕业设计来培养大学生合作学习能力的建议.并以“防伪印刷原理及应用”课程教学和围绕颜色科学技术理论的毕业设计课题为例,证明这种改革途径可以培养学生的团队协作、合作学习的能力,有效提升学生的综合素质,使之适应印刷行业发展需求,成为满足社会需要的综合型应用人才.

Abstract:The training of team collaboration spirit is an important part for the diathesis education of the undergraduates and it is also the basic diathesis for the undergraduates to solve the problem in practice.In this paper,combined with the professional characteristics of printing,the defects of students about the team collaboration and cooperative learning abilities were analyzed and an approach for cultivating the team collaboration and cooperative learning abilities was proposed based on the course teaching,examination course and graduation project.Taking the Principle and Application of Anti -counterfeiting Printing course and graduation project of the theory of color technology for example,it is proved that the team collaboration and cooperative learning ability of the undergraduates would be cultivated,comprehensive quality would be improved greatly by this approach.The undergraduate will meet the need of the industry and the society.
