| 摘 要： | 分析了使用冷芯盒树脂砂芯生产缸体铸件内腔结疤的原因,指出使砂芯保持一定强度,防止砂芯提前受铁液淋烫是防止结疤缺陷产生的重要措施。

| Abstract: | The formation reason of scab defect in inner cavity of the cylinder block produced with cold box cores was analyzed.It was pointed out that to keep enough strength of the cores,avoid the cores to suffere advance d burning by the poured iron flow were the key measures to prevent scab defect. |
