| Abstract: | Taking the current situation of the construction in the bidding section of Algeria west to east expressway project by the Third company of the Twelve railway bureau,the paper explores the single machine accounting in framework of international projects,so as to improve the framework management model,to save the project costs,and to maximize the project benefits. |
