ISO 22000在碧根果生产中的应用

摘    要:根据碧根果生产的实际情况,对碧根果原辅料、食品添加剂、与食品接触的材料进行了介绍,绘制了生产工艺流程图。对食品安全危害进行了识别和评估,确定了关键控制点(CCP),完善了操作性前期方案(OPRP),制定了关键限值和控制限值,预防、消除或减少食品安全危害至规定的可接受水平。

Application of ISO 22000 in the Production of Carya illinoensis Koch
Abstract:According to the actual situation of Carya illinoensis Koch production,the rawmaterial of Carya illinoensis Koch,food additives and food contact packaging materialswere described,the production process flow chart was drawn,and the process was described. The food safety hazards was identified and evaluated,the key control points(CCP),the Operational Prerequisite Program(OPRP),the key limits and control limits were established,and the food safety hazards to the acceptable level was prevented,eliminated or reduced.
