易拉罐空罐缺陷智能检测系统的设计

摘    要:针对灌装前易拉罐空罐缺陷可能会导致产品的泄露、变质、污染等问题,设计了一种空罐缺陷智能检测系统,重点进行了负压输送系统、视觉检测光路和缺陷检测系统设计。空罐缺陷检测是通过高速的CCD相机与OPENCV图像处理技术结合实现的,能够对空罐进行稳定图像采集、高速图像处理和精确缺陷提取与剔除。试验结果表明,该系统能够实现对空罐罐口、罐身和罐底的针对性缺陷检测,屏蔽罐体结构干扰,对空罐变形、异物等缺陷实现高速、精确检测。

Design of Empty Cans' Intelligent Defect Detection System
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that empty cans' defect may cause products' leakage,deterioration and pollution,an empty cans' intelligent defect detection system was designed. The design of negative pressure-delivery system,optical path of visual detection and defect detection system was included. High speed CCD camera and OPENCV image processing technique was used in defect detection. It can achieve stable image acquisition,high speed image processing,accurate defect extraction and elimination. It can realize the targeted intelligent defect detection of empty cans' top,body and bottom,shielding body structure interfering,and realize high speed and accurate detection of defects ,such as cans' deformation and foreign matters.
