输配电协调的网架规划方法

为使输电网规划与配电网规划互相协调、提高电网整体供电可靠性和投资效益,提出了输配电协调的网架规划方法。在传统网架规划模型的基础上,在输电网规划模型中引入配电网转供需求约束和输电网可靠率约束;在配电网规划模型中引入输电网N-2转供需求约束和线路平均负载率约束。并采用自适应搜索离散萤火虫算法求解输配电网网架规划模型,最后以华东某地区输配电网规划作为算例进行方案对比。结果表明,所提方法可行、有效,能提高电网规划的可靠性和投资效益。

Electrical Network Planning Method with Coordination of Transmission and Distribution Network

To coordinate the planning scheme of transmission network and distribution network and raise the reliability and invest efficiency of the grid, a network planning method with coordination of transmission network and distribution network was proposed. In transmission network planning, the constraints of distribution network load transfer demand and power supply reliability were included to build the network planning model. In distribution network planning, the constraints of transmission network load transfer demand in N-2 situation and average line load rate were included to build the network planning model. Discrete firefly algorithm with adaptive search was improved and applied to solve the model. Finally, a practical example of East China proved the effectiveness of the proposed method, which can raise the reliability and invest efficiency of the grid planning.
