基于知识产权语境下的食品安全规制研究

摘    要:近年来国内食品安全事件频发,暴露了我国食品安全规制设计工作的不足与弊端,因此有必要加强我国食品安全规制水平,有效地保障我国食品行业的知识产权。现阶段,我国食品安全领域对知识产权的关注度普遍较小。本文立足于知识产权语境,结合实例论述了知识产权与食品安全的联系、对我国的相关食品安全法规进行了解读,并对我国食品安全规制存在的问题及建设基于知识产权保护的食品安全规制方法进行了阐述,提出了一些对应的解决方法,以期推动基于知识产权保护的食品安全规制设计工作的发展。

Abstract:hunger breeds discontentment, has important significance to food security work. China is the largest country in the world, with the largest food supply and demand system in the world. In recent years, frequent incidents of domestic food safety incidents, exposed the shortcomings and disadvantages of the design of food safety regulation in china. At the present stage, the field of food safety protection is less concerned about intellectual property rights, and not fully aware of the importance of intellectual property rights for the protection of food safety. In this paper, the research work of food safety regulation based on the context of intellectual property is studied.
