攀西钒钛磁铁矿铬元素工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:对攀西钒钛磁铁矿攀枝花、白马、太和和红格4大矿区和选厂的矿样进行了详细的工艺矿物研究,认为红格作为超大型铬铁矿矿床,其铬元素的研究和利用必须与其他矿区区分。红格矿区铬有五种产出形式,铬钛铁矿含铬最高但矿物含量甚微,故铬元素主要赋存于钛磁铁矿-铬钛磁铁矿和铬钛磁铁矿中,且铬含量严格受矿石基性程度的控制,多分布于橄辉岩、辉石岩中,在以后的开发利用中需要加强对上述岩石的监测,而铬的单矿物是否会随之增加仍有待继续研究,最终方可制定合理的综合利用措施。而其他三大矿区铬元素则主要赋存于钛磁铁矿中,钛磁铁矿亦是铁精矿的主要回收矿物,结合铬元素的利用现状,认为在目前的选矿工艺下,在提高铁精矿品位和回收率的同时,钒、铬的选矿回收率也将得到提高。

Study on process mineralogy of Chromium in the West Panzhihua vanadium titanium magnetite

Abstract:After detailed process of mineral research on PanXi vanadium-titanium magnetite core sample in Panzhihua, Baima, Taihe and Hongge, the Big Four mining areas, we think chromium in Hongge mining area should be distinguished with others: it has five output form, although contained in titanium iron ore with highest level, it mainly occurs in chromium-titanium magnetite and vanadium-titanium magnetite in Hongge(further research on single mineral chromium increase), while it mainly occurs in titanic magnetite in other mining areas, and chromium content is strictly controlled by the basic level. In Hongge mining area, chromium-titanium magnetite and vanadium-titanium magnetite are the main carrier of chromium element, and also the main recycling mineral of iron concentrate. Combined with current utilization of chromium, we believe there is still minor promotion space of iron concentrate grade and recovery with current mineral processing technology. During improving the iron concentrate grade and recovery of vanadium, in the meantime to get chromium ore dressing recovery rate improved.
