新型粉尘回收式除尘器的研制与应用

针对目前各油田使用的传统除尘器存在除尘能力低、需要人力清除粉尘、劳动强度高、易产生二次污染的问题,研制了新型粉尘回收式除尘器。该除尘器是利用旋流离心、脉冲清灰、布袋过滤、真空抽吸等多级除尘功能综合除尘,除尘效率高,可密闭回收粉尘废料,不污染环境,粉尘废料回收后可再利用,节约成本,减轻劳动量。它结构紧凑,占地面积小,设备故障率低,使用寿命长,适合大风量工作场合。每年可节约成本29.5万元,收到了很好的效果。

Development and application of the new-type retrievable dust collector

Considering the problem that the traditional dust collector used by oilfields has a low capacity of dust removal,needs artificial removal of dust,requires high labor intensity and easily causes second-time pollution,the new-type retrievable dust collector was developed.The collector makes use of multi-stage dust-removing functions,such as cyclone centrifugation,pulse dust cleaning,bag filtration and vacuum suction.It is quite effective in dust removal and can perform sealed recycling of dust waste,with no pollution of environment.The recycled dust can be re-used,thus saving the costs and reducing the amount of labor.It occupies only a small area,has a low failure rate and a long service life,and it is suitable for strong air-flow working conditions.Two hundred ninety-five thousand RMB can be saved annually.The device has good effects.
