Employee Assistance Program -- Explorations and Reflections

To deal with the psychological problems among employees during the establishment of SINOPEC Fujian Refining ＆ Chemical-Linde Gases, the company adopted a series of measures such as conducting assessment of employees＇ psychological health, enhancing propaganda and training, establishing a specialized EAP team, expanding service channels, and creating a comfortable environment, which resulted in effective improvement in employees＇ recognition of EAP and their satisfaction with the company, a more harmonious corporate environment, and better confidence shown by employees in the company＇s development.
