摘    要:设计了一个基于OPC技术的养猪场实时监控系统.将不同型号的PLC及PC机通过Profibus-DP和工业以太网连接,并揉合了OPC技术,解决了不同型号的PLC之间数据传输较困难的问题.结合组态软件的通信功能,实现了各类PLC和PC机的无缝连接.该系统实现了养猪场的无人值班,实时性好,可靠性高.

Abstract:A real-time monitoring system for hoggery based on OPC technology was designed.Combined with OPC technology,various type PLCs and PC were connected by Profibus-DP and industrial EtherNet to resolve problem which data were transmitted difficultly among PLCs.With communication function of configuration software,seamless connection among PLCs and PC was realized.The system can realize non-attended monitoring,with good real-time and high reliability.
