摘    要:通过分析炼钢工序消耗的能源介质和回收能源组成,相应采取了一系列关键节能技术,实现了吨钢-15.033kg标煤负能炼钢的目标。这些关键技术包括,炉口微差压自动调节和“降罩操作”,煤气成分自动分析检测控制及稳定煤气发生量的音频化渣技术,以提高转炉煤气回收量;湿式变压蓄热器设备及烟道热喷涂技术以增加蒸汽回收;优化氧枪喷头参数设计,降低冶炼氧耗;采用钢包脱硫技术,减少精炼电耗;采用新型砌筑技术,降低煤气消耗等。

Abstract:By analyzing the composition of consumption energy medium and recovery energy in steelmaking process, a series of key energy saving technologies were adopted accordingly, then realizing steelmaking goal with minus 15.033 kg standard coal consumption per ton steel. The key technologies include: throat micro gap pressure automatic adjustment and drop hoods operation, gas composition automatic-detection control and audio slag technology of stabling the gas generate volume to enhance converter gas recycling; wet variable pressure hot storage device and flue thermal spraying technology to enhance steam recycling; optimizing the parameter design of oxygen lance nozzle to reduce smelting oxygen consumption; applying ladle desulfurization technology to reduce refining power consumption; and adopting new kind masonry technology to reduce gas consumption and so on.
