摘    要:针对普通开关电源功率因数较低和谐波较大的缺陷,以L4981功率因数校正芯片为核心,构建了双级式PFC电源的功率因数校正前级。在选取确定了主电路拓扑结构后,介绍了它的工作原理及主要外围器件参数的计算方法,最后给出了一则基于L4981的应用于300W AC/DC自动门电源上的功率因数校正模块的设计实例。测试结果表明,此方法可有效改善电源品质。

Abstract:Aiming at the defects of normal switching power supplies, e.g. low active power factor and higher harmonics, by adopting L4981 power factor correction chip as the core element, a two-stage PFC pre-corrector is built. Having been selected the topological structure of the main circuit, the operational principle and the calc~ation method for parameters of major peripherals are introduced. The design of a sample application based on L4981, the correction module for 300 W AC/DC power supply of the automatic gate is given. The test result shows that the method is effective in improving the quality of the power supply.
