二维码赋码定位控制系统研究

摘    要:为了解决在喷码过程中出现的喷印信息位置偏移问题,设计了基于喷墨打印平台的赋码定位控制系统。该系统结合机电定位、机器视觉和图像处理技术,是一个集数据处理、电控和机械于一体的复杂系统。赋码定位模块采用工业摄像头对承印物进行图像采集,通过USB3.0高速数据接口进行传输并在数据处理模块进行图像数据定位算法运算,将得到的结果用于控制喷印模块,实现了快速喷印过程中的实时反馈处理。分析了二维码的喷印结果,验证了整个系统的设计,提高了二维码在承印物上的赋码定位精度,以保证包装品的美观度。

Research of the QR Codes Tagged Positioning Control System
Abstract:In order to solve the information position offset problems appearing in the jet-printing process,codes tagged positioning control system is designed based on inkjet printing platforms. The system combines mechanical and electrical positioning technology,machine vision and image processing. It is a combination of data processing,electronic control and mechanical integration of complex systems. Codes tagged positioning module takes image gathering for substrates by using the industrial cameras. Through USB3. 0 high-speed interface to transferring data and using image data location algorithm processing in the data processing part,the obtained results are used to control printing module,to achieve a rapid printing process real-time feedback process. And through analyzing the jet-printing results of QR code,it verifies the design of the entire system to strengthen the QR code positioning accuracy on substrates,to improve the aesthetics extent of the packaging materials.
