| 摘 要： | 介绍了双盘渐开线样板测量仪的测量原理，开发了基于VC＋＋6．0的仪器测控系统。该系统由测量软件控制研华数据采集卡PCL-818L采集测量数据，通过串口将数据输入计算机，由软件进行数据处理后，即可得到被测样板的齿廓偏差值，同时可绘制出齿廓偏差曲线。
