低通滤波器工艺设计与实现

摘    要:介绍一种新型滤波器的工艺设计、工艺实现,提出了分段加工整体焊接的方法,解决了薄壁、深孔加工工艺问题,分析了其加工工艺特点和实现方法.电检测结果满足该滤波器的性能要求.

Abstract:The technological design and realization of a new type of filter is presented.One method of section processing and overall welding is provided to solve the questions of thin and deep piercing processing technich.The machining technologies characteristics and the realization method of the filter are analyzed.The test result on electronic shows that the filter can meet the capability requirements.
