| 摘 要： | 同力水泥有限公司对其2000t/d级DD预分解窑进行了燃低挥发分煤的技术改造.对改造后的系统进行了一次现场热态系统测试.介绍了系统主机配置和改造内容,现场热态系统测试内容及部位,并根据结果对系统能力进行了评价,指出系统存在的问题和薄弱环节,并作了相应调整,有效改善了生产状况.实践证明,现场热态系统测试是客观、全面评价和分析预分解窑工况行之有效的手段,可为优化生产操作提供科学的依据.

| Abstract: | Tongli Cement Plant conducted a technical reformation to its 2 000t/d DD precalciner kiln to fuel low volatile coal, field thermal system test was carried out after the completion of reformation to appraise system capacity and find short comings & problems so that to make improvement. It shows that field thermal test is an effective way to evaluate and analyze precalciner kiln 's operation condition and provide scientific bases for production optimization. This paper introduces the technical reformation as well as the field thermal system test including main equipment configuration, contents and position of reformation and test. |
