海底管道高密度开孔聚氨酯补口新技术

摘    要:在对国内外现有海底管道补口技术进行调研、对比的基础上,研制出了高密度开孔聚氨酯补口新材料并开发了补口新工艺。对比评价结果表明,高密度开孔聚氨酯补口新技术在技术性能及经济性等方面均优于传统的沥青玛蹄脂补口技术。该项研究成果已申报国家实用新型专利,并将在我国今后的海底管道补口作业中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:We developed high density open cell polyurethane material and new field joints coating technique through investigation and comparison of the present field joints coating technology for submarine pipeline in the world.The results of comparison and evaluation indicate that the new technology of high density open cell polyurethane field joints coating excel the traditional asphalt mastic field joints coating in the aspects of technical performance,economical efficiency and so on.This research had been declared and authorized state utility model patent.The research will play important role in future field coating for submarine pipeline joints.
