利用枯竭油气藏建设地下储气库工程的配套技术

摘    要:枯竭油气藏是世界上最适合建设地下储气库的一种类型,在我国也是建设地下储气库的首选类型。为此,对利用枯竭油气藏建设地下储气库的特殊性进行了分析,发现有如下特点:原有老井多、服役时间长、井况复杂;储气层压力低,保护储层防止污染的技术难度大;储气库运行始终处于交变载荷的变化过程中,对工程质量要求更高。针对性地提出了建库工程的配套技术:原有老井处理技术(可利用老井的筛选技术、合理利用老井部署监测观察井技术、可靠封堵报废老井的配套关键技术)和建库新钻注采井在钻井-固井-完井施工全过程中实施保护储层一体化联作方式的关键技术。该配套技术对我国今后建设枯竭油气藏型地下储气库工程具有实用及参考价值。

Abstract:The depleted hydrocarbon reservoir is universally considered to be one of the most favorable options for building an underground gas storage (UGS), so is in China. This paper hereby analyzed the difficulties of rebuilding a UGS on the depleted hydrocarbon reservoir, which were shown as follows: ①there are many old wells after long time production with complicated downhole conditions; ②due to the low pressure of gas layer, there is great challenge in reservoir protection and damage prevention; ③the UGS is always working under the changing state of the alternating load, so the construction requires a high quality. To overcome those difficulties in the project, this paper put forward the matching technologies: ①the treatment of old wells: old well selection technique, observation well arrangement based on the reasonable application of old wells and key matching technologies in plugging the abandoned old wells, ②newly drilled wells adopting an integrated system in combination with reservoir protection in the entire process of drilling, cementing and completion.These matching engineering techniques are of practical values in the projects of rebuilding a UGS on the depleted hydrocarbon reservoirs in China.
