摘    要:为获得超高压提取法提取苦苣黄酮的最佳工艺条件,以苦苣黄酮提取量为响应值,选择提取压力、保压时间、料液比和乙醇体积分数作为试验因子,通过中心组合设计试验,进行优化工艺研究。结果显示:在乙醇体积分数为50%,保压时间7.9min,提取压力450MPa,料液比1:70(g/mL)条件下,苦苣中黄酮提取量预测值为5.791mg/g,验证实测值为5.753mg/g,接近预测值,误差为0.6%。说明该工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract:To acquire the optimum conditions for ultra-high-pressure extraction technology of falconoid from Sonchus oleraceus L,the optimizing extraction technology has been researched using a central composite design experiment by taking the extraction amount of falconoid of Sonchus oleraceus L as the response value and the extracting pressure,the pressure holding time,the ratio of solid to liquid as well as the ethanol concentration as the experimental factors.The experiment results show that the validation of measured value was 5.753mg/g as the pressure reached 450MPa,the extraction time is 7.9min,the ethanol concentration is 50%,and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:70(g/mL).The validation of measured value was close to the predicted values 5.791mg/g,its margin of error was in the range of 0.6%。It is confirmed that our optimized technology is stable and feasible.
