| 摘 要： | 共轭亚油酸(CLA)作为一种特殊的功能性油脂,具有多种重要生理功能,现已成为食品、药品、化妆品等行业的研究热点。本文主要对共轭亚油酸(CLA)的制备、纯化及检测方法进行了综述,并探讨目前研究中存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Conjugated linoleic acids are unique unsaturated fatty acids with various important biological and physiological functions.Their functionality and applications in foods,pharmaceuticals,cosmetics,and other industries has become hot research topics.This report overviews the synthesis,purification and determination of conjugated linoleic acids,addresses the current problems,and discusses future research directions. |
