摘    要:食品安全问题日趋成为人们关注的焦点,"三鹿"事件的发生加快了我国《食品安全法》的出台。此文从我国食品安全监管体制的发展过程出发,指出了原来监管体制中存在的问题,最后结合《食品安全法》的内容以及实施,构建了科学安全的食品安全监管新体制。

Abstract:The food safety problems have been gradually focused by people,Sanlu Milk Powder event increases the introduction of Food Safety Law.The thesis starts from the process of Chinese food safety regulation system,indicating the problems in the original regulation system,finally combining the contents and implement of Food Safety Law,to build safe and scientific,new regulation system of food safety.
