工程机械液压故障分析探讨

摘    要:首先对工程机械液压系统的故障特点、故障原因进行分析,指出了液压系统常见故障主要表现在压力、速度、动作异常上;同时就液压系统中常用元件的故障进行讨论,指出了液压常用元件故障的成因、导致的危害及相应的维修方法;最后从液压油更换、清洁、油温控制、杂质清理、维护保养五方面提出了工程机械液压系统故障的预防措施。通过以上讨论目的是延长工程机械液压系统的寿命,发挥工程机械的最大性能,以达到节约使用成本,提高生产效率的目的。

Abstract:This paper firstly engineering machinery fault characteristics of hydraulic system failure analysis, hydraulic system, points out the main common faults in pressure, velocity, the abnormal action, Also used in hydraulic system of the components are discussed, and pointed out the failure causes of malfunction of hydraulic common elements, the damage caused and corresponding maintenance methods, Finally, from the hydraulic oil change, clean, oil temperature control, impurity cleaning, maintenance and puts forward engineering machinery of hydraulic system failure prevention measures. Through the discussion above purpose is to extend the life of mechanical engineering, hydraulic systems of engineering machinery maximum performance, so as to save cost and improve production efficiency.
