| 摘 要： | 研究了工业氯氧化锆重结晶制备高纯氯氧化锆的过程，通过选择，确定氯氧化锆溶液浓度为160g/L，结晶酸度为5.5-6.0mol/L，煅烧过程中盛装高纯氯氧化锆匣钵为石英匣钵，从而得到产品纯度为99．9％的高纯二氧化锆。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The process of preparation of high purity zirconium oxychloride from industrial product by recrystal lization is studied . Condition of zirconium oxychloride solution concentration 1 6 0 g / L , crystallization acidity 5.5-6.0mol/L and quartz saggar as container of high purity zirconium chloride are set through selection, high purity zirconium dioxide of 99.9% purity is then obtained. |
