| 摘 要： | 介绍了鞍机行业圆柱凸轮零件的一种加工方法，从工艺方案设计、MasterCAM数控自动编程等方面作了阐述。工艺上为提高槽璧的光洁度，提出采用高速电磨头加接在机床主轴上对凸轮槽壁进行磨削的方法，使该圆柱凸轮槽壁光洁度达到了进口样件的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a processing method of the cylindrical cam of shoes-making machine.It expounds on the design process,MasterCAM and CNC automatic programming and so on.To improve the finish of the slot wall,a high-speed power grinding head is fixed on the main shaft of machine tool to grind the slot wall of the cylindrical cam,and the finish of the slot wall is as well as the import samples. |
