| 摘 要： | 碘蒸汽供应系统是化学氧碘激光器（COIL）的一个重要组成部分,其作用是为COIL提供碘蒸汽与单重态氧发生近共振传能,从而产生增益实现激光输出。现有的主流供碘系统遵循饱和原理,这样的供碘方式如果达到稳态输出的碘量,原则上碘池应该无限大,故传统的碘罐蒸汽发生器存在准备时间长,工作时间短,能耗高等缺点。新型液碘实时汽化碘蒸汽供应系统具有长时间大流量、体积小、流量输出稳定和加热准备时间短等优点,对今后新型碘蒸汽供应系统的设计提供了一个新的思路。 |

| Abstract: | According to the demand of iodine vapor supplying system for COIL,a new iodine vapor supplying system was introduced. Based on analysis of the current iodine vapor supplying system,a novel design of real-time vaporization of liquid iodine and two phase flow nozzle was provided. The iodine vapor supplying system had the advantages of stable iodine vapor flow rate,short preparing time and small volume,which provided the basis of the development of large flow rate iodine vapor supplying system. |
