海上固定平台噪声防控技术措施

海上固定平台作业空间有限,设备较多并布局紧凑,设备产生的噪声相互叠加,空气噪声危害严重;加之平台为钢结构,钢结构易于噪声传播,振动噪声危害更为严重。为改善平台作业环境,保障人员健康,提出在噪声源、传播途径、受音者3个方面的噪声治理措施:1对于透平、天然气压缩机、空气压缩机等设备提出加装隔声罩、隔声屏障、减振等技术措施,降低设备处噪声值,减少巡检作业人员的接触值;2对于生活楼噪声超标的房间,提出在房间墙壁加装满足船级社规定的吸隔声材料,对于老裂化胶条及损坏的布风器,提出符合要求的产品进行替代;3对于不适宜改造的噪声源,提出在不同噪声环境下,应佩戴不同的劳动防护用品的建议方法,以更好地保护人员的听力,保障作业安全,减少职业病的发生。经过施工改造,降噪效果明显:生活楼房间改造措施具有良好降噪效果,能够满足国家规定的要求,为员工提供了良好的作业休息环境。

Countermeasures of noise prevention and control on an offshore fixed platform

Due to the limited operation space in an offshore fixed platform and a compact layout arranged by various types of drilling, production and other auxiliary facilities, all the noises from devices and equipments there will definitely result in serious noise pollution. In addition, the steel structure of the platform is easy for noise transmission and the vibration noise is far more detrimental. To improve such an environment on such a fixed platform, we presented the following proposals for noise prevention and control in respects of noise sources, transmission routes, and noise sufferers. (1) Some countermeasures like acoustic shield, noise reduction barrier, vibration attenuation should be taken to lower the noise levels of turbine machines, natural gas compressors, air compressors, etc. and meanwhile the inspecting times should be reduced. (2) Sound absorption and insulation materials meeting the requirement of China Classification Society should be added in the walls of those rooms in the living quarter with the out of limit noise, and those old cracking strips and damaged ventilators should be replaced with new ones. (3) For those equipments as noise contributors but restricted by fire control, special maintenance, or some process, different labor protective supplies should be suggested under different environmental conditions. With the above countermeasures, all the staff on the fixed platform will be protected well from noise pollution and noise induced diseases. In a case of a platform in the Bohai Bay Sea, the proposed renovation measures to the living quarter have exerted an obviously good effect on reducing the noises. As a result, a better working environment is now provided for all the staff on the platform.
