超细低压甲醇合成催化剂性能评价

摘    要:用两步共沉淀法制备了一种新型的低压甲醇合成催化剂QCM-01。X-射线小角度衍射表明,催化剂中CuO得到了充分的细化,晶粒大小在4.5~7.5 nm之间,TPR实验表明,催化剂中的CuO与ZnO之间形成了固溶体。用加压微反装置评价了催化剂在不同条件下的使用性能,结果表明,该催化剂具有低温活性高和操作温域宽等特点。

Abstract:QCM-01, a newly-developed methanol synthesis catalyst , was prepared by two-step co-precipitation method. XRD showed that Cu grain size is in the range of 4.5-7.5 nm. TPR test showed that a sort of solid solution between CnO and ZnO was formed in the catalyst . Activity and stability test was done using differential fixed-bed flow reactor. The catalyst exhibited very high activity in wide temperature range,especially at low temperature.
