浅谈新形势下科研档案管理工作的创新

科研档案是在科研过程中形成的具有保存价值的文字、图案，是科学技术储备的一种形式，是一项重要的信息资源，在科研设计中起着至关重要的作用。随着科学技术的进步和企业自身的发展变化，对科研档案管理工作提出了新的要求，要求我们不断创新工作方式方法，做现代化管理人才。本人结合自身工作实际，从3个方面出发，对科研档案管理的创新工作提出了一些自己的体会和看法。

Discussion on The Innovation of Archive Management about Scientific Research Under New Situation

The scientific research files are the characters, pictures or figures which are worth keeping or storing. These files are the visual forms of science and technology and important information resources, they play very important roles in scientific research and design . With the development of science and technology and the changing situation of the enterprises new demands are set for scientific research files management. Therefore the file clerk must do creative work and be pioneer in innovation. In this paper some experience and view points of the author were put forward from 3 respects in connection with practical work.
