摘    要:铝电解槽吨铝炭耗的高低受电解槽是否平稳和各项技术条件的变化影响,炭耗的高低直接关系到企业的经济效益。本文阐述了预焙阳极炭块在铝电解生产中消耗的表现形式,从生产实际出发总结出180 kA铝电解槽降低吨铝炭耗的具体途径,对目前铝电解企业节能降耗和提高经济效益有一定的实践意义。
