| 摘 要： | 介绍了阿维菌素一种新剂型———水分散粒剂的制备方法及性能测试方法。确定的最佳配方为阿维菌素原药的质量分数为50%,润湿剂K-12的质量分数为8%,分散剂为5%,崩解剂为3%,稳定剂为10%,粘结剂为1.5%,轻质碳酸钙为22.5%。

| Abstract: | A novel dosage form of avermectin,a water dispersing granule is introduced,its preparation and testing properties methods of the 50% abamectin water dispersing granule is introduced also.The new formulation of the title product is as follows: the mass fractions of avermectin,wetting agent K-12,dispersant,disintegrating agent,stabilizing agent,sizing agent and light calcium carbonate are 50%,8%,5%,3%,10%,1.5%,22.5% respectively. |
