To research the spinnability of hemp bamboo fiber blended elastic yarn, take hemp/bamboo fiber 55/45 27.8 tex as an example, spinning processing circulation, main processing parameters and key measures were introduced, the practice shows that hemp fiber needs treatment by sorting agent, slivering blending should be adopted for the big difference between hemp and bamboo fiber, adding polyurethane fiber feeding mechanism in spinning frame and adopting reasonable configuration, yarn quality is better, and it can reach design demands.
