摘    要:通过有限元仿真软件Hyperworks,采用显式动力学方法,对Q345R钢夏比冲击试验进行模拟,分析计算冲击功,并与试验结果进行了对比,模拟结果较为理想.为分析试样尺寸对模拟结果的影响,对5种小尺寸试样的冲击过程进行模拟.结果表明,当试样厚度不小于5 mm时,能量密度与标准试样较为接近.

Abstract:Simulation software Hyperworks was used to carry out the finite element simulation of Q345R steel charpy impact test. Explicit dynamic analysis method was used to calculate the impact energy, and the results were compare with experimental data. Analysis shows that the simulation results are satisfactory. For the analysis of the effect of specimen size on simulation results, five kinds of small size specimen were used to carry out impact process simulation. Analysis shows that,when the specimen thickness is not less than 5 mm, energy density is closer to standard sample result.
