摘    要:基于管道有限元基本理论,根据相关规范,结合一空分装置换热器铝管道断裂失效实例,分析了铝管道支管与主管开孔和换热器封头开孔焊接处的局部应力状态.对失效管道进行安全性评定,给出切实可行的整改措施,并就该类管道的分析方法和工程运用给出建议.

Abstract:Based on piping finite element analysis theory, according to the related standard and combined with one fracture failure case occurred in heat exchanger used aluminum pipe in air separation unit, the local stress distribution in the structure of branch pipe connected to main pipe and the welds around the opening on heat exchanger head was analyzed. The safety assessment for the failed pipeline was carried out. Then, practical measures for reforming were provided and the analysis methods for this kind of piping were proposed.
