套片式油冷器传热性能实验研究

摘    要:通过实验研究探讨了不同抽管方式对套片式油冷器传热和阻力性能的影响.研究表明,油冷器2和油冷器3抽管后比没抽管油冷器1综合传热性能更好,油冷器2比油冷器1综合性能最大提高11.6%,油冷器3比油冷器1综合性能最大提高23.3%;翅化比影响套片式油冷器的综合传热性能,油冷器3翅化比介于其他油冷器之间,综合效果最佳.该实验研究结果对套片式油冷器设计与工程实际应用具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:The influences of different ways of removing tubes to heat transfer and flow resistance performance of plate fin-and- tube oil coolers were investigated by experiment. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of oil cooler 2 and oil cooler 3, in which some tubes were removed, was better than oil cooler 1, in which no tube was removed. Relative to oil cooler 1, the comprehensive features of oil cooler 2 has been improved around 11.6%, and the oil cooler 3 around 23.3%. The finning ratio will affect the comprehensive performance of oil cooler. The finning ratio of oil cooler 3 lies between others and it had the best performance. The experiment results presented herein has a certain practical value on designing and engineering application.
