蒸汽管道产生水击的机理与防治

摘    要:从蒸汽管道内汽水两相混合流动的状态入手,综合分析了蒸汽管道产生水击的过程,结合曾经发生过的三起蒸汽管道水击事故,阐明了引起蒸汽管道水击的内在原因是蒸汽管道内形成凝结水水堵,外在原因是操作人员误判凝结水水堵形成过程,并提出防治蒸汽管道水击要从预防和消除两方面考虑.

Abstract:From the view point of steam and water two phases flow in steam piping, the process of water hammer creation was comprehensively analyzed. Combined with three accidents of water hammer occurred in steam piping, it was depicted that the internal cause of forming water hammer is formed blocking by condensed water and the external cause of forming water hammer is the misjudgment for water hammer phenomena from operators. It was indicated that to prevent water hammer in steam piping should be considered from two aspects of protection and removal.
