| 摘 要： | 住宅建设工业化这种生产模式的内涵表现为产品标准化、生产机械化、过程集成化、管理规范化。通过对工业化住宅项目建设案例的对比分析,总结了设计、施工和技术等方面的经验,分析了影响住宅工业化的因素,探讨了住宅建设工业化进程中的一些问题,并提出对策。

| Abstract: | The intension of housing industrialization indicates product standardization,produce mechanization,process integration,management standardization. Based on the cases of housing project,the paper summaries the experience in the fields of designing,constructing and technology,analyzes the factors which influence the housing industrialization,discusses some problems which happened in the housing industrialization process,and puts forward some countermeasures. |
