基于ANSYS的高速斥力机构的分析与实验

摘    要:电磁斥力机构是利用涡流原理制作的一种新型快速操动机构,由于受力金属盘的激励源频率是随一个时间变化的量,使用普通方法建模难于对斥力机构进行全面分析.本文用有限元分析软件ANSYS对高速斥力机构进行了分析,通过的对整个斥力机构的各种参数进行分析和寻优,找到了如何提高斥力机构工作参数的基本规律,并通过实验进行了速度测试.分析结果对于使用涡流斥力机构进行大负载高压开关操动提供了设计指导.

Abstract:Electromagnetic repulsion driver is a new sort of fast actuator which is manufactured by eddy current principle. It is hard to carry out overall analysis to repulsion driver using ordinary method because the frequency of the driving source of the metal plate is a variable along with the time. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted to analyze the repulsion driver in this paper and some fundamental laws about how to improve the repulsion force are found out by analyzing and optimizing the parameters of the driver. Some experiments are done to verify the analysis results which repulsion driver to drive heavy load high-voltage switch.
