基于ADF7020的UHF RFID读写器的射频前端设计

摘    要:UHF RFID技术作为一种先进射频识别技术,目前发展十分迅速。本文根据UHF RFID工作原理,选用ADF7020射频收发芯片作为核心模块,采用合适的匹配电路,设计了一种工作在915M频段的超高频RFID读写器的射频前端电路。测试结果表明该射频前端电路工作稳定、抗干扰较强,为UHF RFID读写器开发提供了一个较好的参考。

Abstract:UHF RFID as an advanced identification technology,is developed rapidly at present.Based on working principle of UHF RFID,this paper selected ADF7020 RF transceiver chip as a core module,used the appropriate matching circuits and designed a RF front-end circuit working in the 915M band.The test results show that the RF front-end circuit stability,strong anti-interference.This paper provides a good reference for the development of UHF RFID reader.
