摘    要:建立了加速溶剂萃取(ASE)-在线净化-GC法测定速冻饺子中有机磷农药残留量的检测方法。该方法快速、稳定、可靠、操作简便,15种有机磷农药在0.05~0.50μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.998 5,最低检测限为0.006~0.050 mg/kg,样品添加回收率在84.88%~107.10%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.92%~14.0%,适用于速冻馅类食品中有机磷农药残留的检测与确定。

Determination of Organophosphrous Pesticides in Frozen Dumplings with Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Chromatography
Abstract:A accelerated solvent extraction( ASE) and online purification method to determine the organophosphrous pesticide residues in frozen dumplings was established. With high speed,stability,reliability and easy operation,this method obtained good linearity for determining 15 pesticides with concentration between 0. 05- 0. 5μg/mL( the correlation coefficients( r) were all greater than 0.998 5). The detection limits ranged from 0. 006mg /kg to 0. 05mg /kg. The average recoveries of organophosphrous pesticides were between 84. 88% and 107. 1%.The relative standard deviations for 15 organophosphrous pesticides were between 1. 92% and 1. 40%.
