CMMI—SCV服务模型特点与应用情况分析

摘    要:本文比较了服务管理的能力成熟度集成模型CMMI—SVC与能力成熟度开发模型CMMI-DEV模型的区别和联系,关注了CMMI-SVC模型的变迁。同时还比较了CMMI-SVC模型和ITIL、IS020000模型的区别。通过比较和分析,我们得知CMMI—SVC模型是强调质量管理过程体系的过程改进,关注于资源的量化管理,重视各种流程的闭环控制,借此来引导服务型企业提升质量管理体系和服务质量。最近三年来通过CMMI-SVC的评估的企业的统计数据表明CMMI-SVC已经受到越来越多的关注。

Abstract:The paper compares Capability Maturity Model Integration for Service Management (CMMI-SVC) with Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV), discusses the update of CMMI-SVC and identifies the difference among CMMI-SVC, ITIL and ISO20000. CMMI-SVC emphasizes process improvement of Quality Management System, pays more attention on quantitative management of resources and focuses on feedback control, which is used to promote resource and process control to guarantee the service delivery. Based on the past three years public result of CMMI-SVC appraisals, we could find that CMMI-SVC attracts more and more attention.
