| 摘 要： | 利用里昂惕夫投入产出模型和投资乘数理论，以我国国民经济投入产出表和当前城镇住房建设和消费的投入结构为基础，定量分析了住宅产业与其他相关产业及国民经济的联动关系，测算出了住宅产业对其他产业和国民经济增长的影响力及感应力等指标。
