硫酸渣磁选工艺的研究

摘    要:结合国内硫酸渣应用现状,针对贵州某地硫酸渣的性质和构成特点,采用磁选工艺,使原矿品位由41.89%提高到61.71%,回收率为71.93%,品位提高了近20个品位,硫的含量仅有0.29%;在重磁联合选工艺,精矿的品位达到63.90%,回收率34.51%,中矿品位52.07%,中矿回收率34.08%,硫的含量仅有0.26%,可创造良好的经济效益和环境效益.

Abstract:Combing the current situation of application of domestic pyritic residue and in the light of the property and constitution characteristics of pyritic residue somewhere in Guizhou Province, magnetic separation process was used to separate the pyritic residue. The results were that the iron grade of the pyritic residue increased nearly 20 percentage points, from 41.89% to 61.71%. The recovery was 71.93 %. The sulfur content was only 0.29%.
