| 摘 要： | 基于多层分布式结构的用户供电可靠性综合管理信息系统即将在全国供电企业推广使用。章给出了该综合管理信息系统的主要开发原则、所采用的网络结构和优点以及主要数据结构和模型，指出了其在指标计算和分析功能方面对以前版本所作的重点改进情况，并介绍了该系统的其他主要功能。

| Abstract: | The major development principles, structure and advantages of the network, and its major data structure and model for Synthetic management information system of user power supply reliability based on multi - layer distributed structure were given in the paper. The key improvements in index calculation and analysis function aspects made by this edition were pointed out, and other major functions of this system were also introduced. |
