| 摘 要： | 阐述了通用自动测试软件的设计思想,提出了通用自动测试软件体系结构,介绍了通用自动测试软件的测试资源建模子系统、测试程序开发子系统和测试程序执行子系统,重点阐述了通用总线协议模型和测试程序开发/运行中的服务组件,实现了数据采集器tl动测试软件.实际应用结果表明,该软件可以实现多型号数据采集器的测试,可以实现在不同自动测试设备上的移植.系统运行可靠、使用方便、极大地提高了测试程序的开发效率.
