| 摘 要： | 用７ｍ＾３聚合釜生产了４５ｔ易加工氯丁橡胶，其物理性能和挤出性能的均优于ＣＲ２３０，并与美国同类产品相当，生产表明，制备凝胶和溶胶胶乳的氯丁二烯转化率和ＣＲ２３０中凝胶组分含量对ＣＲ２３０ＥＰ的物理性能和挤出的均有影响。

| Abstract: | The easy processing chloroprene rubber(CR 230 EP)was produced in a 7 m3 polymerization device.Its mechanical properties and extrusion characteristics were superior to those of CR230 and silimar to those of USA product.The commercial production showed that the conversion of chloroprene and the gel content in CR 230 EP has influences on the mechanical properties and extrusion characteristics of CR 230 EP. |
