路面施工机群智能化管理及通信方法研究

通过追踪国内外关于工程机械智能化控制所取得的成果以及分析机群控制的发展方向,结合该系统需要进行实时控制、检错处理以及统一调度等特殊要求,提出了集合无线局域网、GPS/GSM和数字电台等通信方式,以摊铺机为核心控制对象的机群系统的无线通信及数据交换方案;并设计了监控调度中心的系统软件。实现了整个机群系统的整合及智能化管理、控制和调度,达到机群系统中各施工机械的协同作业。

Research on Intelligent Management and Communications Methods of Machine Groups of Road Construction

By tracing the current achievements on intelligent control of mechanical engineering throughout the world,analyzing developing direction of machine groups controlling and combined with the special requirements of this system such as real -time control,error detection and correction,unified scheduling and so on,this paper brings forward a wireless communications scheme ,involving WLAN,GPS/GSM and digital radio,which takes asphalt paver as central control object.And the system software of controlling and scheduling center is also designed.It realizes the integrity of machine groups and attains to intelligent management ,control,and scheduling machine groups.
